| DIRECTIONS TO TOWNE LAKE OFFICE New location! 100 Stone Forest Drive, Suite 320 • Woodstock, GA 30128 • 678-445-3567 Our Towne Lake office is located in Woodstock in the Northside Cherokee Building just off Towne Lake Parkway, near I-575. From Canton: Take 575 South to Exit 8, the Towne Lake Parkway exit. Turn right on Towne Lake Parkway. At the third traffic light, turn right onto Stone Forest Drive. There is a Longhorn Steakhouse at the corner of Towne Lake Parkway and Stone Forrest Drive. Proceed up the hill and the Towne Lake Overlook Medical Building will be located on the right. From Marietta: Take I-75 North to 575 North. Take Exit 8, the Towne Lake Parkway exit. Turn left on Towne Lake Parkway. At the third traffic light, turn right onto Stone Forest drive. Proceed up the hill and the Towne Lake Overlook Medical Building will be located on the right. DIRECTIONS TO CHURCH STREET OFFICE 625 Church Street - Marietta, GA 30060 - (770) 422-8505 The building is salmon colored, with a green stripe. All parking is in the back. From 75 North or South Exit 267B and follow the signs for Highway 5 South. After passing Kennestone Hospital, our office is located on the right, immediately after the parking deck, at 625 Church Street. From Downtown Marietta Follow Cherokee Street to the 3rd traffic light. To your right is Chickopee and left is Margaret Street. Turn left onto Margaret Street. At the stop sign, cross Church Street into the driveway. DIRECTIONS TO WEST COBB OFFICE 3515 Dallas Highway • Marietta, GA 30064 • (770) 422-7574 Across from Village Green Shopping Center From the Church Street Office: Continue on Church Street and turn right at the second light, which is Marietta Parkway. Turn Right at the second light onto Highway 120/Whitlock Avenue, which turns into Dallas Highway. Go 6.2 miles and the West Cobb office is on the left just after the traffic light at the intersection of Due West, across from the Village Green Kroger. Make a U-turn to get to the building. We are located in the back of the KenMed building on the lower level. From I-285 take I-75 N: Exit 265 or Highway 120, and turn left on 120-West. Go 2.2 miles and turn right on Whitlock Avenue. (This is where 120 West turns right.) Whitlock Avenue turns into Dallas Highway. Go 6.2 miles and the West Cobb office is on the left, just after the traffic light at the intersection of Due West, across from the Village Green Kroger. Make a U-turn to get to the building. We are located in the back of the KenMed building on the lower level. From Cartersville: Take I-75 South. Exit Barrett Parkway (Exit 269) and turn right. Go approximately 1 mile and turn right on Highway 41 North (Cobb Parkway). Go approximately 2 miles and turn left on Kennesaw Due West Road. Go approximately 6 miles and turn left on Due West Road. Go approximately 1.5 miles to Dallas Highway and turn right on Dallas Highway/Highway 120. The KenMed building is on the left across from the Village Green Kroger. Make a U-turn to get to the building. We are located in the back of the KenMed building on the lower level. |
